USLAT Programs for Business Development Agencies
• Overseas Seminars and Workshops
These programs are organized for Latin American development agencies that want
an overseas experience for selected staff members. The faculty from
Robinson–USLAT organize tailored one or two-week experiences in the United
States. These can focus on one topic
area (e.g., export promotion or attracting investment). The State of Georgia and the City of
Atlanta have had significant success in the areas of economic growth and
improved global competitiveness.
USLAT faculty can share those experiences and discuss best practices.
• In-Country Presentations
These programs involve sending select GSU faculty members or other experts to
Latin America for conducting analysis of business development programs.
• Collaborative Programs
The Robinson College of Business can work with agencies in conducting research
and training associated with building infrastructure and policies that can be
most effective in creating global competitiveness.
