USLAT Programs for Latin American Companies

 

Consumer Radar®

This program is based on focus groups with potential consumers.  Consumer Radar® allows clients to rapidly understand American consumers and their opinions about clients‘ products or services. The faculty from Robinson–USLAT help the client interpret the results.

 

• Distributor Safari®

This program involves interviews with potential distributors for the products and/or services of the clients. Distributor Safari® allows clients to rapidly identify potential distributors for their products. The faculty from Robinson–USLAT help clients to select the best distributor.

 

• Express Strategic Planning®

This program is a three-day workshop at GSU with the client and GSU faculty. Express Strategic Planning ® allows clients to develop a strategic business plan to successfully enter in the US market. Prior to the purchase of the program clients must purchase the Consumer Radar® and Distributor Safari® interventions.

 

• Investors Road-Show®

This program arranges for presentations to potential lenders and investors given by the client and the faculty.  Investor Road-Show® allows clients to rapidly identify potential lenders and investors for their business plans. The faculty from Robinson–USLAT help clients to select the best lender and/or investor.

 

USLAT Programs for U.S. Companies

Nearshoring Contractor Safari®

This program includes screening and contacting potential sources of inputs and/or final products from companies in Latin America.  This has become a key alternative to sourcing from Asia.  Recently- signed free trade agreements make it even more attractive. The Nearshoring Contractor Safari ®  allows clients to rapidly identify potential suppliers. The faculty from Robinson–USLAT help clients to select the best sources.
